EVERYDAY COCKTAILS
Classic and modern cocktails for your go to sips. Simple recipes, but always stylish.
BOURBON PEACH SMASH
The Bourbon Peach Smash is perfect for the remaining summer days. Made with fresh peaches and bourbon, it is light and refreshing, yet still packs a punch.
ROSÉ BLANCO 75
The Rosé Blanco 75 is the new summer or brunch cocktail. It is delicate balance of tart and sweetness. The perfect bubbly for any occasion.
APEROL COCONUT MOJITO
Freshen up your traditional mojito with a little Aperol and coconut liqueur. It's juicy and refreshing. The cocktail will transport you to the poolside wherever you are.
AVIATION
I love a classic cocktail. This one in particular is bright and fresh. The creme de violette enhances the herbiness in the gin. Leaving you with an easy sipper.
LA LOUISIANE
If a Manhattan is your drink of choice, you may want to try this New Orleans' classic cocktail. Same core ingredients, with the addition of Benedictine, Absinthe and Peychauds bitters.
SPANISH MARTINI
A sweet but light cocktail that is a perfect pairing with small bites. It tastes just like a creamsicle. If you are looking for a transition cocktail into summer, this will please the palette.
BETTY SPRITZ
When you want a spritz, but without champagne or loss flavor, give my Betty Spritz a try. It has everything a classic Aperol Spritz has but I swap Champagne for Lemon Lime Betty Buzz.
BOULEVARDIER
If you don't like a Negroni cocktail and you like Bourbon, this cocktail is for you. It's smooth and sweet with a slightly bitter bite at the end. This is a spirit forward cocktail, but you would never know.
REVOLVER
The perfect way to end the night is with the classic Revolver cocktail. A combination of Bourbon, coffee liqueur and an orange undertone. Great sipping cocktail to warm the night.
OLD FASHIONED
The Old Fashioned is a timeless classic. There are many versions of this cocktail but this one is based on the original. You only need three ingredients. It allows the Bourbon or Whiskey to shine.
WHISKEY COLLINS
Great drink to end the summer with. Changing up the classic Tom Collins with whiskey and a dash of bitters. Full on flavor but still refreshing for the last few hot days of summer
BOURBON BRAMBLE
When you need a cocktail to transition into fall, but it's still hot outside. This is the cocktail. Warm Bourbon with subtle hints of blackberry and lemon.
GRAPEFRUIT GIMLET
Here is your new obsession. Putting a twist on a classic gimlet with this vodka based cocktail, adding grapefruit juice to traditional lime and simple syrup flavors.
RUM SOUR
Sour cocktails are favorites of mine. Have you ever tried it with Rum? Depending on the rum you use, it will create a slightly sweeter note compared to a whiskey sour, while still delivering classic sour taste.
DARK 'N STORMY
If you're a fan of a long island iced tea or coca cola, this cocktail would be right up your alley. The rum flavor mixes well with the ginger beer and lime. Must use Goslings Black Seal Rum for a proper one.
BASIL GIN & TONIC
Sometimes a simple and refreshing cocktail is all that is needed. If you have basil growing, step outside to your garden and whip up a batch of these upgraded G&Ts.
IRISH WHISKEY SOUR
Need a little twist on your whiskey sour? Add Irish Whiskey and orange bitters. Perfect sour flavor with orange bitters enhancing the whiskey.
CLASSIC DAIQUIRI
Simple ingredients and a timeless cocktail. The Classic Daiquiri is refreshing and light. Perfect if you need something quick with a sweet and sour taste.
PORNSTAR MARTINI
This cocktail is a must try for anyone. Surprisingly not too sweet. Vanilla and passionfruit flavors with a side of Champagne or Prosecco.
KIR ROYALE
Switch out your mimosas for this two ingredient cocktail that will impress. Bubbly with a sweet blackberry flavor. Great for brunch or special gatherings.
VODKA GIMLET
Perfect when you need a light cocktail. Its' fresh and cooling flavors of lime and cucumber are great for a hot day or for a mild cocktail choice.
PINK POM MARGARITA
This will be your margarita of choice. It's a balance of sweet and tangy. Pomegranate really shines with traditional margarita flavors.
ESPRESSO MARTINI
The Espresso Martini is rich in flavor. Use your favorite espresso. It will be enhanced by coffee liqueur and you will forget that it's a vodka based cocktail.
MAN O' WAR
Easy to drink and full of flavor. The Man O' War is one to remember. Bourbon based with orange flavor and slight sweetness from the vermouth.
FRENCH 75
This bubbly cocktail is great when you want something a little more than a glass of champagne. Traditional French 75's are made with gin, but this recipe is cognac.
SCOFFLAW
The Scofflaw is a cocktail many don't know about, but is a favorite of mine. It's citrusy, sour and slightly sweet. This bourbon Parisian cocktail is a must try.
BOURBON HIGHBALL
Surprisingly, this cocktail is very light. You would hardly guess this is a Bourbon cocktail. Think spritzy, with a splash of fresh lemon and coolness of mint.
CARAJILLO
If you are looking for another coffee cocktail other than the classic Espresso Martini, this is for you. Tasting like a vanilla iced coffee, this tequila cocktail will put a pep in your step and have you wanting more.
MANHATTAN
A classic that is multi-dimensional in flavor. Whiskey is the star but is complimented by the slight sweetness of vermouth and other add ins. Making it a smooth taste.
VESPER MARTINI
If you're anything like James Bond, you want something classic and to the point. Here is Bond's signature martini. Three ingredients and no fuss.
