LONDON FOG SOUR

COCKTAIL LOGO

Ingredients:

- 1.5 oz Brewed Earl Grey Tea

- 1 oz Vanilla Vodka

- 1/4 oz Crème de Violette

- 1/2 oz Earl Grey Syrup (1:1 sugar to water + 3 earl grey tea bags)*

- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

- 1 oz Aquafaba or 1 Egg White

Garnish:

- Edible Lavender Buds

​

How to make:

Dry shake brewed tea, vanilla vodka, crème de violette, earl grey syrup, fresh lemon juice and aquafaba (or egg white) in a shaker for 30 seconds. Add ice to and shake for 10 seconds. Fine strain in a coupe glass. Garnish with edible lavender buds.​​
