ROUGE-Y CRUSH

Ingredients:

- 1 oz Absolut Citron

- 1.5 oz Lillet Rouge

- Squeeze of half a lime

- 2 dashes Orange Bitters

- Top with Ginger Beer

Garnish:

- Fresh Mint

How to make:

In a goblet or copper mug with crushed ice, add in the first four ingredients. Try to coat the crushed ice with the fresh lime first. It will enhance the taste of the cocktail. Top it off with your ginger beer. Garnish with a bushel of fresh mint.​​
